Arriving by car

Coming from the north via the A3 motorway:

1. At the junction Dreieck HEUMAR, change to the A 59 motorway in the direction of FLUGHAFEN / BONN.
2. Continue on the A 59 in the direction of KOBLENZ / BONN to the junction BONN - BEUEL,
3. Then change to the A 565 motorway in the direction of KOBLENZ / BONN.
4. From the A 565, take the second exit (BONN - AUERBERG).
5. Merge left and turn left onto Graurheindorfer Strasse.
6. Drive about 300 metres to the traffic signal (streetcar stop Husarenstrasse).
7. At the signal, make a U-turn and drive about 200 meters.
8. The entrance to the Federal Ministry of the Interior will be on the right.

Coming from the south via the A3 motorway:

1. At the junction BONN - SIEGBURG, turn onto the A 560 motorway in the direction of Sankt Augustin / Bonn - Beuel.
2. From the junction Sankt Augustin take the A 59 in the direction of KOBLENZ / BONN to the junction BONN - BEUEL,
3. Then continue on the A 565 in the direction of BONN.
4. From the A 565, take the second exit (BONN - AUERBERG).
5. Merge left and turn left onto Graurheindorfer Strasse.
6. Drive about 300 metres to the traffic signal (streetcar stop Husarenstrasse).
7. At the signal, make a U-turn and drive about 200 meters.
8. The entrance to the Federal Ministry of the Interior will be on the right.

Additional options:

1. On the A 61 motorway coming from either the north or the south, drive to the MECKENHEIM junction,
2. Then change to the A 565 motorway in the direction of BONN.
3. From the A 565, take the second exit (BONN - AUERBERG).

Arriving by train:

1. At the main train station, take the Line 61 in the direction of Auerberg to the stop marked “Innenministerium”.
2. The stop is located across the street from the ministry.

Arriving by air:

1. At the Cologne-Bonn Airport, take the express bus SB60 to the stop marked “Innenministerium”.
2. The stop is located across the street from the ministry.
